We know you may have some questions about our service and beautiful blooms, the below FAQs should help you to decide if Bud Hut is right for you, if you can't find the answer you're looking for please do get in touch!
Q. What days and hours are you open?
A. We are open for pre-orders, collections & consultations Monday – Friday 9:30am-4pm and Saturday 8am – 12pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Q. How do I contact you?

Q. What product types are available?
A. We offer a wide range of products, including occasional bouquets, DIY flower boxes, flower subscriptions, funeral flowers, wedding flowers, private or corporate event flowers and floral workshops. If you can’t see what you’re looking for please get in touch as we’re sure we’ll be able to help!
Q. Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use for online purchases?
A. We do occasionally run discount codes, to be the first in the know we suggest you sign up to our newsletter!
Q. Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?
A. Yes, once you have placed your order, we organise delivery of the flowers to the funeral director directly. We’ll just require the name of the persons whose service it is and the funeral directors’ details.
Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We delivery locally within a 8 mile radius of our flower studio at GU34 4PN. This includes locations such as; Bentley, Crondall, Odiham, Liphook, Farnham, Fleet, Church Crookham, Froyle, Alton, Bordon, Selbourne, Greatham, Liss, Runfold, Seale, Tongham, Aldershot, Holybourne, Kingsley, Headley, Churt, Greayshott, Hindhead, Wyck, Herriard, Upton Grey, Medstead, Fourmarks
Q. Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?
A. Yes absolutely, when placing your order you’ll be able to select the option for collection from the flower studio. You will need to confirm the date and time for collection at the point of ordering.
Q. How are shipping and delivery charges determined?
A. We offer local delivery within 8 miles of our flower studio, it’s free within 3 miles of our studio and a small extra charge of £3.65 between 3-8 miles.
Q. Can I get same-day delivery?
A. Same day delivery is often available, we suggest you call us on 07827779422 to arrange a same day order or order through our website by 10am.
Q. What happens after I place an order?
A. You’ll receive an order confirmation detailing your order, once your order is delivered to the lucky recipient you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Q. Can I make a change to my order?
A. In the event that there is an error in your order, please contact 07827779422 to amend. Please note there may be additional charges to your order if you’re amending size / flower choices.
Q. Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
A. Yes, if no one is home we will leave the flowers in a secluded a spot as possible, with photographic evidence of delivery.
Q. Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
A. No, please note that the photos online are to indicate size and type of arrangement for the price range. All our bouquets are designed weekly with the freshest seasonal blooms. You can however select your colour combination at the point of order – or alternatively select florists’ choice and it’ll be a wonderfully colourful surprise!
