We know that planning a wedding can feel daunting, chaotic, stressful and at times a far cry from the romantic vision you probably imagined!.. So we've designed these FAQ's to help guide you through the wedding flower process.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in the picturesque countryside village of in Isington, Hampshire. Just 1 mile from Bentley, 5 miles from Alton, 5 miles for Farnham, 6 miles from Bordon & Odiham and 7 miles from Fleet & Church Crookham.
Q. What locations do you cover?
A. We cover all locations across Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire & West Sussex.
Q. How far in advance do I need to book my wedding flowers?
A. Ideally you should be looking to book your florist 9- 12 months in advance of your wedding date. We do occasionally have last minute availability so it’s always worth dropping us a note to check.
Q. Do you offer consultations?
A. Yes! In fact, we recommend them! These are usually done at our flower studio; it’s an opportunity for us to discuss all the intricate details of your day, think colour pallets, bridal party numbers and styling ideas – all whilst enjoying a glass of fizz!
Q. How do I book in a wedding consultation and is a consultation necessary?
A. You can submit an enquiry form via our website or alternatively you can call or email us to get booked in. Consultations can take place both during weekdays or weekends and in the evening too! If you’re unable to get to a face-to-face consultation, let us know and we can book in a Zoom or telephone call!
Q. What should I bring to my consultation?
A. Inspiration! Bring with you screenshots, magazines, photos, or ideas of things that you like (and dislike!). If you have your colour scheme confirmed bring some examples of it with you, your wedding stationary can be a great idea for this. If you don’t have any of this just bring your wonderful self – we’ll figure it all out together!
Q. How can I secure my wedding date?
A. After we’ve had your consultation, we will send you a booking form with your personalised flower proposal. Simply complete the booking form and pay the deposit to secure your date.
Q. What is your pricing?
A. All our pricing is bespoke based on the requirements of each wedding. Our quotes are based on which flowers are in/ out of season, volumes, design logistics and stylisation time. Our flower proposals will provide you with an itemised quote.
Q. Do you have a minimum order value?
A. No, we believe beautiful wedding flowers should be accessible to all! Whatever your budget, we’ll work with you to create something wonderful!
Q. What if I don’t know what type of flowers I want for my wedding?
A. This is no issue at all! It is our job to guide you through the process, offering tips, ideas and inspiration to help you understand what you like and dislike.
Q. What happens after I get my proposal & quote?
A. Once you have your proposal, if you’d like to see any amends, please let us know, often there’ll be options in there for you to choose from and we’ll ask you to confirm your preferred choices so we can land at an agreed price. Once we have this, if you’d like to book, please complete the booking form you receive with your proposal and pay the deposit to secure your wedding date.
Q. Do you provide other services, like pew ends, rentals, candles for weddings?
A. Absolutely! We can provide hire of items such as arches, candles, candlesticks, and churns. We can discuss this during your consultation as to which items you’d like us to provide for you.
Q. Can you accommodate custom requests?
A. Absolutely; We love them! We’re totally here for it if you have a personal touch you’d like to add to your florals, don’t be afraid to suggest it!
Q. Do you offer delivery & setup?
A. Yes, you’ll see this cost detailed in your proposal. This is to allow our team of florist to set up, install and style your wedding flowers. This all includes the de-rig process the next day where we’ll arrive to remove the flowers and package them up for you to take home.
Q. What happens to the flowers after the wedding?
A. We will return to the venue to remove the flower installations, collect any vases or props and pack up any flowers you wish to take home or gift to friends and family.
