Start The Planning
Begin your journey with a no obligation wedding consultation at the Bud Hut flower studio where we will discuss everything from the details of your bridal party, the venue styling and colour pallet plans to ensure all floral plans both compliment your setting and reflect the dreams you have for your special day. Think fizz, biscuits, confetti samples and indulging in all things flowers for an hour!
Final Planning
Two weeks before the wedding date we'll be back in touch. This is a courtesy call to just to triple check everything. Making sure that all of our plans, logistics and tiny details are all in place. This call is also to make sure that there are no last minute tweaks that need to be made!
Secure Your Date
After your initial wedding consultation you’ll receive a personalised, detailed and itemised proposal. Your booking form will arrive with the proposal. To secure your date, simply return the completed acceptance form with your deposit payment and you’ll be in our diary!
The Big Day
Skip to the morning of the wedding. We'll arrive with our flower army to deliver, set-up and fully style your wedding venue. You’ll be drinking champagne and having fun with the bridesmaids and we'll be casting our eye around for each and every perfect flower detail.
Update Your Order
Make a note of updates for our final consultation which is usually about two months before the wedding date. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need any help or advice, simply call or email us. I will always carry out a site visit before our check in to ensure no details are missed in the planning.
The Day After
We will return to the venue the following morning to collect any vases or props and pack up any flowers for your to take with you, or give to friends and family.
